Hello,Thank you for your inquiry. Temperature range of silicone pad: -80-80° C. But we do not recommend placing it in an oven or microwave.
2,Has anyone cleaned it? Is it easy to clean?

On a plate of some sort? Sure. On the mat itself? Probably. It wouldn’t hurt it, but I don’t know how crisp the crust would be. It would clean easily enough. (BTW I really like these mats.)
