Answer:Like with any freezer container, the less air in the container the longer the freezer life

Answer:The 2 smaller containers are about 1/3 cup and
1-1/2 cup size. The 2 larger containers are 2-1/2 and
3-1/3 cup.
I use the big ones for left over or carrying my lunch. All are good for storing (one person) small & large left overs.
Question:Are these containers spill proof? and are the lids made of silicone?
Answer:The lids snap on securely with gasket sealing the contents inside, so when closed they are spill-proof.
