1. Can you use these to pull something out of an oven?? 
Answer: Yes, they are great. Not as cumbersome as regular oven mits. You just have to be careful you don't burn your arm which I have done twice
2.Are those Dishwasher Safe?
Answer:  I have put mine in the dishwasher, top rack only and have had no problems
3. Are these good to grab dishes that don't have handles from the microwave?
Answer: Yes, they have a good grip

4. Could i use it to pick the boiled eggs ?
Answer : Yes, it is heat resistant up to 220°C 
6. Could i use it to pick the frozen fish?
