1,Where are theses made and are they toxic free?

Nope... just clean barely noticeable silicone scent. I hate the toxic smells, so I would’ve noticed. They have been excellent.
4,Are these flexible enough to put under a bowl in the microwave and wrap around it to remove it?
Yes, they are very flexible. You can roll them up either way. With the one I have, I don't think it's large enough to wrap up very high around the bowl. If you are going to do that, you should get the largest possible.
