Answer:Yes, it is. And it's heat resistant up to 500°F.
2.Can this be used for cheese cake?

3.Can this be used over the stove steaming?
Answer:Yes these silicon pans can be used in a stove top steamer. I’ve used them to steam sponge cake type dessert and they work great. Bake pop right out once cake have cooled.
