4,Did you use the to roll and cool the Swiss rolls? Like a tea towel?Or just to bake?
bake mine on parchment paper with a little Pam smeared on, then after baking, I lift the parchment paper and cake together, set it in a tea towel, sprinkle powdered sugar on the cake then roll it in the parchment then in the tea towel, place in fridge to cool, then unroll to frost, reroll.

5,Depth only 0.4 inch, is this deep enough to hold the batter for swissroll?
