When I purchased mine I believe the listing said not for baking. This type is for crafts. You need to specifically look for a baking sil-pat not a silicone sheet.

Yes, I use epoxy and after cured it Peels right off.Easy to clean, I recommend this!
3,What kind of adhesive can be used to glue pieces of this material together?
I am not sure what will stick to this. I use it for expoxy because it doesn’t stick to it. Heat might work
